Welcome to FITbak Systems.
We teach a class written for the layperson to provide effective solutions to overcome pain and symptoms of stress. We look at posture in relationship to brain chemistry and pain responses. Simple daily exercises improve spinal and core strength intrinsically, while improving mental focus through stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. It is amazing self care for clients and therapists. We are building a team of providers and Instructors.
We offer a variety of classes that may be modified to accommodate all ability levels.
